Rules of Refund

These Rules of Refund explain how refunds work for purchases made through Seba, operated by Aporto Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA (business registration number 10557055), with its registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave # 84680, Dover, DE 19904. They form part of our Terms of Use.

1. Overview

Seba runs on credits, which you can buy and spend on tasks. Refunds are handled on an individual, case-by-case basis as described below.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your Telegram username or user id, the date and amount of the purchase, and the reason for your request. Please contact us within a reasonable time after the purchase.

3. How We Review Requests

We review each request individually. We generally consider refunds for unused credits and for charges caused by a technical failure on our side. Credits already spent on completed tasks are generally non-refundable, because the corresponding service has been delivered.

We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase and the issue.

4. Processing

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. Processing times from your bank or payment provider may vary.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Rules limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, they prevail over these Rules.
