Job-Fit Analysis
Paste a job and Seba evaluates it end to end against your CV and goals — a structured report with a 1–5 score, CV match and gaps, level strategy, comp, a customization plan, an interview plan, and a read on whether the posting is even real. Billed per run.
A should-I-apply answer, not just a re-read of the JD
A clear 1–5 score
Up top, before the detail: how good a fit this role is for you, so you can triage at a glance and decide where to spend your effort.
CV match and honest gaps
Every JD requirement is mapped to a real line in your CV, and each gap is called a blocker or nice-to-have with a concrete way to bridge it.
A level and comp strategy
Whether the role under- or over-levels you, how to sell senior without lying, plus researched pay for the role and region instead of a made-up number.
A legitimacy read
Seba assesses whether the posting is a real, active opening — presenting signals, never accusing — so you don’t waste effort on a ghost role.
What the A–G report covers
The full evaluation an experienced candidate would run, in one structured report.
- A — Role summary: archetype, domain, function, seniority, remote, team and a TL;DR
- B — CV match: each requirement mapped to a real result, then honest gaps with mitigations
- C — Level & strategy: detected level vs yours, a sell-senior angle and a down-level fallback
- D — Comp & demand: researched pay for the role and region with sources, or an honest no-data note
- E — Customization plan: top CV and LinkedIn changes to maximise match
- F — Interview plan: STAR+R stories mapped to requirements, a case study, likely red-flag questions
- G — Posting legitimacy: a confidence tier with a signals table, never a default accusation
- Score & next steps: a 1–5 fit score up top and what to run next

Frequently asked questions
What does the evaluation include?+
A 1–5 fit score and a structured A–G report: role summary, CV match and gaps, level and strategy, comp and demand, a customization plan, an interview plan, and a posting-legitimacy read.
Does Seba apply to the job for me?+
No. Seba returns an evaluation report you can act on. It does not apply, submit your CV, or contact the employer. Whether and how you apply is entirely up to you.
Will it invent experience or comp numbers?+
Never. CV match uses only real lines from your CV, and comp comes from public research with sources. Where there’s no reliable data, Seba says so rather than inventing a figure.
How does the legitimacy check work?+
It presents signals — how specific the posting is, whether requirements are realistic, and recent hiring or layoff news — and gives a confidence tier. It never defaults to “suspicious” without evidence.
What do I need to send?+
The job description text and your CV. If you paste only a URL, Seba will ask for the text or try to fetch it; if your CV is saved, you just paste the job.
How much does it cost?+
You spend credits per run and Seba shows the exact cost before it starts. Start free with welcome credits; credits never expire.
